Registration Rates

Please note that the Early Bird registration deadline is 6 December 2010.There is also a partially-discounted rate for registrations up to 7 January 2011 (one week before conference commences). Registrations submitted after that date and registrations at the conference itself will be charged at the highest rate.

It is possible to purchase tickets for the conference dinner (either for guests or for Student / Day Rate registrants) but please be aware that it is subject to availability since there are limited seats and full conference delegates will be given priority over guests (dinner ticket price will be refunded in case of lack of availability).

All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you require an invitation letter for a visa application, please indicate as such in the "Notes or Special Requirements" field and we will send out a letter to your address (if your postal address differs from the billing address, please add your postal address to the "Notes" field as well). Note that we must have both your registration and your payment before we are able to send out the invitation letter.

^† Staff members of CORE universities are eligible for a discounted rate.
^‡ Day registration is for a single day, and only includes conference venue activities for that day (i.e. dinner/reception are not included). Day registration is not available for those presenting papers at ACSW 2011.

Dinner will include a vegetarian option as an alternative.

Cancellation Charges

Following is a listing of the refunds and charges upon cancellation of an existing registration. Early cancellation will result in full refund of the registration fee minus a AU$100 cancellation charge. Later cancellations will result in only a portion (or none) of the registration fee being refunded, but no additional cancellation charge.

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to ACSW 2011
