The tip of the week is an avenue for research students to share research tips and advice. These are short talks - 2-10 minutes - presented after the weekly seminar. You can present a tip any time, not just on the week you have a seminar presentation. Tips can be technical - such as using a specific piece of software - or non-technical - such as collaboration tips for colleagues in different cities. Here are a few suggestions but feel free to cover anything you find useful:
