The first in this series of cook books was published in 1906. I do not know if Neenish/Neinich tarts/cakes appeared in earlier editions (although I do know that they did not appear in the 1965 version).
| Butter | 2 tablespoons |
| Icing Sugar | 2 tablespoons |
| Condensed Milk | 2 tablespoons |
| Lemon Juice | 2 teaspoons |
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice and condensed milk. Fill tart cases (made with biscuit pastry). Chill in fridge. Ice in two colors chocolate and white.
