	This issue  is for  testing  only as not  all the 
procedures has been fully checked out.  

The program, although written and  compiled under Windows
95, should  run under  3.1  with no problems.  

I am sorry that you  will have to install  your own short
cuts after  installing the programs,  although it  should 
not be too difficult.

Comments and error  reports especially in  the Help files 
will be most welcomed.  Thankyou.
