More Information

Patrick received his BSc degree in Computer Science from Murdoch University in 1996. After working for several years in the IT industry as a software engineer, he returned to studying and received his BSc(Hons) and PhD degrees from Curtin University in 2001 and 2005 respectively. He was subsequently employed as a Research Fellow and later (since 2009) as a Lecturer in the Department of Computing at Curtin.

Patrick's research interests include human motion tracking and analysis, action recognition, Bayesian statistical inference and learning, as well as computer vision and machine learning in general.
