Dr. Soh is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computing at the Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia. He is the Course Controller for BSc (Information Technology), and a member of Teaching and Learning Committee in the Department. Dr. Soh is a member of Tau Beta Pi, Eta Kappa Nu, and Golden Key honour societies, and IEEE member.

BSEE(University of Wisconsin-Madison, WI, USA), MSEE and PhD (Louisiana State University-Baton Rouge, LA, USA).
